Ongoing until the late September, @LatinoArtMuseum in Pomona, California is hosting an exhibit to raise the public’s attention and understanding of Puerto Rican art and the Puerto Rican’s complex and misunderstood sociopolitical reality as American citizens. Moreover, the exhibit will help artists in #PuertoRico who have lost their homes or studios since #hurricanemaria struck. To this end, all artwork will be available for purchase and a portion of the proceeds from all art sales will be donated to CERF+ Responds to Disasters.
